Hi Paul,
Paul wrote...The blood of Jesus' sacrifice can be found in the first five books of the Bible.
Sacrificing an animal (the temporal as that seen ) is not the same as Christ pouring out His Spirit on flesh (the eternal as that not seen by the human eye.) Christian compare the spiritual words of Christ to the spiritual words of Christ, every time.
You are again ignoring the proper hermeneutics needed to look at those old testament metaphors used in various parables as "ceremonial laws" as if it was not necessary when keeping the laws of God, according to the commandments..Like the law below
2 Corinthians 4:18While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Ceremonial laws have no substance, nothing, nada . But as the temporal as that seen, point as a shadow or type to the eternal, as that not seen. You could pour out all the blood of every living being, human, mammal, reptileinsect or fish in the whole world and it would not eliminate or reduce the one wage of sin in any capacity, which is "eternal" in nature, and cannot be performed by some walk about on the Sabbath, eating metaphors, hoping they will by wonderful enough like the man in Mathew 7 to know Christ by..... which Christ said to.. "I never knew you ,depart from me you worker of iniquity..
Hebrews 10:4For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
The blood of goats and bulls typified the blood of Christ and were necessary but at the end of the day provided no substance that could actually pay the eternal wage of our sin. Which somehow or other since you are against Christianity you must believe He will just sweep under the rug.
You are following after the same kind of upside down sacramental theology that the Catholics are. You as it seems just have a different purgatory to make up for what you think Christ pouring our His Spirit as blood, fell short of. Which He on the other hands says He has finished making us as white as snow and not a kick start which you and the Catholics espouse, placeing us back to where Adam and Eve was before they transgressed one commandment and died . .
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
.John 17:3
