I'm sorry, Gareae, but I have to say that I've never met such ignorance in a man who thinks he knows it all!

It’s His (the one who knows it all) perfect law that does quicken the soul of any man. It gives us simply ones His understanding, even to teach ignorant ones. Remember as it teaches us we abide in Him .The promised teacher, comforter and guide.

John 6:45  It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.

I am not the one who puts himself in the place of God, as a know it all (infallible interpreter) as the Pope does with your permission. I offer my opinions in the same way you hopefully do in respect to God's word, as the one who does know it all.

You're prooftexting the Scriptures pulling them out of context like you do!

It's called comparing the spiritual words of Christ to the same spiritual words. So that should be easy for you to prove I am taking them out of context, but whose context? The context of your ancient EFC's commetaries? But you can only prove waht you are attempting only if you thought scripture was the living authority of God as the central authority of His church to begin with. Then you would trust it, as it written, called sola scriptura, instead of opposing its authority. But instead or rather you must  show you trust in the “law of the fathers” or called apostolic succession taught by the efc's (men seeking the approval of highly venerable men) hoping their personal opinions of the law of God that come after their very own personal oral commentaries of "this book" which we call the Bible. The one true law of God which is after no man. not a succession thereof.

Which perfect law are the real laws of God? As it is written? Or after the commentaries of your denomination (sola ecclesia) seeing all men stand on the same fallow ground?

Go read that verse of Scripture in context and see who Jesus was talking to and why He said what He did to them!

Signs and wonders working together as one source of truth use the temporal as that seen, to reveal that not seen, the eternal. They have no other purpose.

2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

They were UNBELIEVERS who wanted a sign BEFORE they would believe Jesus! No, no...with God, it does not work that way! With God, we must believe first before we see!

First believe what? The words of a false prophet that add or subtract from “this book” (the Bible) like those of Ms. Faustian or other mystics who put themselves in a uncontrollable trance and therefore opening their fleshly mind to the occult world to give the illusion God is still bringing more sign and wonders even  when he clearly says he is not? The last one was fulfilled according to Christ three day finished work at Calvary was He kidding??

Have you ever looked at the actual context of Luke 11 and the conversations in regard to the teaching  of those who do seek after a signs and wonders gospel?
