You must be very fearful to even pray to God for fear He'll misconstrue it as you seeking signs and wonders from Him! Sheesh!

Fear has to do with judgement. If God would take the eternal wages of one sin into account. Who could stand before His throne of grace in order to receive His mercy.I fear Him because He paid the dept it in whole, as a finished work.

Some look to purgatory to re-finish the finished work. They say Christ's work of faith, as a labor of His love only provided a small portion of the eternal wage with the exception of our dear blessed sister in the Lord, Mary .In her case they say He paid the full debt, as if God was a respecter of persons to begin .Which He is not. Or am I taking that thought of God that He put on Peter's lips out of Catholic context also?
