Did he ever claim that there was such a "document"?
You gotta be kidding? Just a few of many>  but I think you already knew that cheezit you just wanted me to do a search for you. There are many more of the same lies coming from your pal garee.

Yes, I believe, I do understand, even though it is a difficulty to sort out the two different teaching authorities as two different teaching masters. One the perfect law of God, as the same "spirit of faith", according as it is written, and two, the one you must follow after as a Catholic called the “law of the fathers”(ecf’s).

While I am not familar with all of your opinions of the scriptures. I can see that you seem to by following the perfect law of our Father in heaven(not Rome) as your resoning authority, unlike Catholic's resoning authority that comes from getting under the authority of seeking the approval of sinful mere men called the "law of the fathers"in regard to thier very own  (ecf's). But when any person has a difference in authority one must chose one as thier Master, seeing no man can serve two. For one is our Master, as our Holy See all... as our Father in heaven(not Rome) as the one central final authority. We therefore reason by an exclusive faith that comes from hearing our Father in heaven and not after the father of oral tradtions of men in Rome which again scriptures refer to as the law of the fathers.

#2 Boasting in the law of the fathers(ecf's) again?

Is he a official documented, Catholic early church father(ecf)?
