I've never said there was one.  There isn't one.  But you already knew that.  And I also believe you already knew that garee simply calls writings of the ECF's the "Laws of the Early Church Fathers" because Catholics quote them extensively as if they held as much weight as the Scriptures. 

And I'm still waiting for you to address this.  If, as you say, the "official documents" of the Catholic church are the Catechism and the Doctrine of Faith and "that's it that's all", then how can you quote *any* writing of an ECF as if they held any weight unless those writings can be found in the "official documents"?
