Don't redirect or try to spiritualize away the laws on the death penalty, Paul, when they are meant to be taken literally. Just answer the question. What laws do you want us to keep from the OT? Are you suggesting we go back to keeping the laws on the death penalty, too?

How so? ....when they taught no differently on the law than did the writers of the New Testament? What did they write that was different than the NT? Be specific and let's look more closely at what you're talking about.

If you follow the law to the T, then the law REQUIRES shedding of blood for the remission of sins, doesn't it? According to the law in Leviticus, how do you atone for your sins?
