I assume you're an Atheist and have to wonder what you are doing here if not to attack the faith of Christians? If this is not the case, then I apologize. Us Catholics have been on this board for many years now defending our beliefs against the anti-Catholics who come here specifically to spew their vitriol against our Church, Pope, and beliefs.

God bless you

Hi Midgie, I certainly understand. There was a point in time where that would have been the case. However, as I transition into mid-life, tearing people and/or their beliefs down is not only not enjoyable, but counter to my desire to see people live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Which, for some people, is inclusive of a faith. Also, it appears the Protestant believers present are more keen on defending their version of Christianity and attacking yours. That does not mean that I won't debate specific propositions, but hope to do so in a manner which is respectful to all parties involved. There will be times when I will be critical of a doctrine or belief but only from an argumentation standpoint, not from a "I don't believe it so it's garbage" standpoint.
