Oh, please yourself! Let's see some testimonies of these transformations you're claiming Buddhists, Hindus, Janists, Muslims, humanists, atheists testify to! They should be as readily available on YouTube as Christian testimonies are. NOBODY transforms our lives as does Jesus Christ Almighty. You're dreaming if you think otherwise. Don't make things up.

Buddha, Mohammed, Zoroaster, Confucius, Caesar, Marx--men who made a profound impact on the world in one way or another--are all dead. Jesus Christ is alive and well and still doing the same miracles He did when He walked this earth. Just ask those on this very board who had a Damascus Road experience with Jesus no differently than St. Paul did.

God bless you

Midgie,

I attempt to respond to your posts in their entirety. Please attempt to reciprocate. Collectively, we have made assertions regarding the transformational nature of religion for some individuals. You replace the word "religion" with "Christ." That is simply an expected and understood assertion of your belief, nothing more. In order for any transformation to be relevant, it must be tied to before and after behavioral criteria, correct? Otherwise individuals are simply making proclamations. In this particular case, I explained the situation of Joe, who turned to a Protestant version of Christianity (which is, by definition, a religion) and received the assistance necessary to achieve his goal(s.)
What evidence would Joe's behavior provide of such a transformation?
