I don't know if you are this other person or not, and frankly I don't really care. But an admin on a Yuku board can see the I.P number of all of the posters (they are listed under the posters name on every post) and one of the tools they can use is a search for all names used with a given I.P number. Just sayin'.

Cheezit, I assure you that I was not. There are internet surfing privacy software applications that work with national/international servers; you join a certain server before you browse and then you, and potentially any other user to connect to the same server will all share the dynamic IP adress that belongs to that server.
But nice to notice that you don't really care, neither did Had2 and she was wrong. If you don't care when you are wrong then that's in itself another discussion, but it's possibly that attitude that has deterred me from conversing with you on the FR board thus far. I have my own yuku board also, and it's largely about the free cross-reference of views. I won't be banning anyone because of their IP address, nor their alleged "Sock Puppetry"; which spoke of a "once banned, always banned" attitude suited quite well to their diatribes on necessary repentance to avoid eternal hellfire moreso than to any interest in open-minded conversation.

Go and google Had2's site: just google "catholicchurchapologetics" - one long word; you'll find you have to apply in order to post, and I put it to you that Had2 held to a resemblant attitude during her administration here. I've applied and I guarantee you I will not be accepted. On the other hand i've invited both Midgie and Had2 to my board, and any of you are welcome to just post there also: http://brainwavers.yuku.com/directory#.VFbAvJ8TFU5

They both said things like "why do you bother posting here?" to people who weren't openly Catholic, and then you'd read them ranting about how much they value freedom of speech and liberties of that kind.

If someone were to visit my board and they were using a number of accounts, I can't say I'd give a !**+. It would depend on whether they were getting in the way of the free flow of views and opinions in some obvious way whilst simultaneously knowingly not venturing any of their own. But I would also have to consider that such person might not think they were been understood in some way or that they weren't getting their points across or something like that, and so they've gone and created multiple accounts - a feature that yuku offers to anyone that has a yuku account. But so long as that were a possibility I wouldn't go "oh you're a sock puppet and I ban sock puppets" - Had2's idiocy in estimating sock puppets isn't demonstrating any clear value; what does she want to see on the board, the REAL you? What's that? Almost every poster makes use of pseudonyms and avatars that can be the farthest thing from the "REAL you" if they want them to be. That's every yuku members liberty. On the other hand would Had2 get into a debate with an alleged 'Sock Puppet' if they had something intelligent to say? No. Just because she'd think them a sock puppet she would ban them no matter how sensibly worded they might have been. Had2's campaign about the plague of sock puppets is probably more about her own frustrations with the prospect that her God doesn't exist. So take it out on the puppets then. How noble can that be? It's only really more work for the person who goes and creates multiple accounts anyway.

What if I were to delete all of your posts and ban you Cheezit, because you're a "Cheeze Puppet?" Just sayin'.
