All Orthodox would agree that the bishop of Kiev - is to be determined by Orthodox Kievians.

And of course, DrDrV failed to prove that I am Kievian.

> So, de facto, is ICB claiming that one has to be Kievan to be Orthodox?
All Orthodox would agree that the bishop of Kiev - is to be chosen by Orthodox Kievians.

> And notice he still can not tell us who the Patriarch is?
Earlier & elsewhere, DrDrV demanded proof of a premise prior to his own answering of a question.

Thus DrDrV's own standard for giving an answer - is for the asker to first prove a premise.

DrDrV has already admitted that his question has no provable premise.
Thus he is in no position to expect any answer when he himself asks a question.

> Have not the "Orthodox Kievians" decided?

No Orthodox Kievian posting at FR has chosen any bishop of Kiev.

> Gee, why can't they come to a conclusion on that?

Please prove your latest question is based on correct premises first.
